Director and Principal Consultant

Simon Borham

Simon founded Eastview Advisory in 2022 following a successful corporate career in senior executive roles for multinational businesses (Unilever, ALDI) in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and a Masters of Property Development (with Distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

A proud family man and Newcastle local, Simon loves to spend his weekends with his three kids making the most of our beautiful coastline.

Aoife Quinn

Aoife (Ee-fa) has always been passionate about real estate, which led her to explore various educational paths in the consideration of her career path, landing on options of law and project management.

Despite these opportunities, Aoife knew property was her true passion.

Aoife is proud and excited to bring her enthusiasm and dedication to Eastview Advisory. She is committed to helping clients find their perfect properties.

Jessica is a dynamic Associate Buyer’s Agent with a robust background in marketing, community-led programs, and sales. Armed with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Jessica seamlessly blends her expertise in these fields with her passion for real estate. Her in-depth knowledge of the Central Coast is a testament to her commitment and ‘hands on’ approach—she actively engages with the local property market through attending open homes, networking with real estate professionals, and connecting with community members.
